| How much weight did you lose?
Just curious how much weight everyone lost when you sobered up.. Day 3 for me and I can already feel the difference in bloat! Can't wait for the one month mark! |

I lost about 15lbs. I'm 5'4 and went from about 135 to 120. It was a combination of the following: -I got rid of the alcohol calories -No more eating junk when I'm drinking and/or hungover -I workout 5-6 days a week and make healthier food choices. I'm now addicted to cardio. The only downside to all of this is that I need to buy new clothes...well, if you can really consider that a downside...haha.

I'm down about 15 pounds since the beginning of September and still dropping. I did start a real diet a few weeks ago and have been exercising, but I'm positive the lack of beer has a lot to do with it. I think you could see a difference in my face within the first week. Less bloating, if nothing else. |

Exercising (fat burn level...increased that to cardio now) It was always a real hadship to look in the mirror, 8 years ago i was the perfect weight, good bod! Ahhh drinking, what a joy it really was.....NOT!

none on a bad day haha, (ten pounds in the beginning I think) but I had just lost 50 before I quit and hit a plateau I reckon. I eat lots more sweets now as well =)
