I think learning mindfulness is very useful but so is eating and sleeping right. Taking the body mind approach to life is the healthy way and I'm glad your finding your way. keep up the good work |

It can be very helpful in dealing with the anxiety and depression that so often accompany substance abuse. I'm an on-and-off practitioner, but fully admit that I need to perfect my technique and get better in terms of regular practice.
