Challenge "I feel 'fat'" If you don't already know FAT is Not a FEELING.. ;-) **Sad, happy, angry, frustrated, annoyed, scared, confused, vulnerable, lonely, (in)validated, cheerful, surprised, pride; these are feelings. *****When you say "I feel fat" what do you think you really are trying to say? ***When you say "I want to be thin" what do you think you are really looking for? ***While looking in the mirror, on your worst day, how would you describe yourself? When you write this don't use the words, fat, thin, overweight, skinny, thin, ugly, etc.. The Challenge...  Is too.... See yourself for who you really are -- not what your physical appearance and/or size is, or what you think your size is.

Yeah, we are so used to looking at the outside on a daily basis....it is hard to recognize what's on the inside. I don't know what I see when I look in the mirror if I am not looking at my physical appearance.

Yeah, I don't know if I could do that challenge by looking in the mirror. Unfortunately when I look in the mirror all I see is the outside. I have to do a different kind of looking in order to see the inside. Great challenge though.

That is a new way of looking at ourself in the mirror Miss Done. Wow. I went and tried it and for today I see a woman who loves alot of people and really wants to be loved and I see someone who sees life as an adventure and just wants to have a fun happy life in simple ways. This is a really great challenge.
