i don't know if you all really care or not as I ahve not posted in so ling, but i am going to tell you anyway. I am trying a body wrap tomorrow. it is an herbal one. i am going to do one every 5 days & see how it goes. i have such a hard time sticking to an exercise plan b/c exercising is really hard for me to do with being 98 lbs overweight. it is probably just an excuse, but i truely feel that if i can get some ov the weight off, it would be easier to achieve the long term goal. easier to exercise, easier to want to eat healthier (which i have been doing better at). easier to not feel discouraged after losing 50 lbs from all the hard work of diet & exercise to find that I am only at the halfway mark & have 50 more to go. anyway, i will let you all know how it goes.

Of course we care about you and what you have to say here. Sugar, you are among friends here always. I was going to go have that done also, but then my daughter stopped working at that place where I was going to go have it done. So, I still haven't had the pleasure yet. One of these days I will. Have fun with it.

So good to see you about. Exercise stinks in my book *LOL* Well no it doesn't...It is the best thing for us. Wanting to do it is the part that stinks..no drive here. Short walks. Getting my butt off the chair. Getting started even if only the smallest degree is good. I have found that once I get started, it gets easier (less effort) to gather up the drive to do it again. The results make the effort worth it. Try the body wrap and then take a walk around the house or some other short walk. I hate just walking so I wil give a walk purpose. A walk around the house...so I can look at the flowers or gather dreams of where I would like some flowers to be planted. I try giving purpose because that gives me motivation. I would think the wrap and even tiny amounts of exercise would give so much more reward for every effort.

OK, I will admit, I have done those. Many times. Depends on where you go, what kind you get done, whether or not you follow the instructions etc etc. They work if you do what they tell you to do. Basically the ones I have done were a cleansing detoxifying type of wrap. Its purpose was to cleanse my body of all the toxins (Cigarettes, alcohol, crappy food, sugar, etc) and kick start my body.. If you eat crap food the next day, its a waste of money. I lost 5-10 on each one, but you notice, I did not keep that weight off!

Hi Sugars, I certainly care, too !!!!!! I've missed you around here and thought of you often, so I was really excited to see that you had posted again. Yayyyy!!!! I don't know anything about an herbal body wrap, so I can't comment about it, except to say that I hope that it works and makes you feel alot better. It sounds like something good, but as I said, I know nothing about that. I do hope that you'll come here after and tell us all about your experience with it. I'm very interested to hear about it. I also hope that you'll keep coming back here as often as possible just to be with us here. You belong here with us. ((((((((((((((((((Missed You Hugs))))))))))))))))))))))

I did one this morning. It is an herbal one which is the detoxifying one, not the compressing one. This one is liquid which you have to boil, then soak the ace bandages or clothes you are using to wrap, then wrap in plastic wrap, then lay under a blanket for 1 hour. I lost: 3/4 in - Pectorals 1/4 in - chest 1/4 in - both upper arms 2 in - upper abdomen 3/4 in - waist 1 1/2 in - lower abdomen 3/4 in - both upper thighs 1/4 in - both calfs They also recommend since it is a detoxification process to drink 48 - 64 oz of water for 5 days after using it. You can do one wrap every 5 days. I bought them online. They were pretty cheap. Ninety dollars for four of them. That includes shipping. All of the testimonials online said that the inches did not come back as long as they ate right. Some of them never changed their eating habits. It has motivated me to eat healthy (so far today), and I also went for a 2.5 mile walk up a really steep hill for part of it. I figure if I am going to pay the money & take the time to do the wrap, I am going to eat healthy. I do not want to waste my time. I am tired of that. I am tired of how I let myself go. I will keep you guys updated. Thank you all for the support. Oh yeah, Best, I on the other hand LOVE to walk & to do Tae Bo, but at 98 lbs overweight, it is very difficult as they are both high impact (where I walk is about as high impact as my tae bo video - they both get my heart in the same range) Thanks again...

Funny. No, really, I did not want to make anyone sick!! It was a pretty funny sight though. I did it early in the morning, so that my family would still be sleeping & would not see me like that. I kinda do wish I would have taken some before & afters though. Oh well, don't really want reminders of me in ace bandages of how I look at this weight. Regular pix are enough.
