In todays fast pace society it is really easy to do so. Challenge yourself to be more aware when you eat. And take the time out of your day to sit down and eat at least one meal with no other distractions. Listen to your stomach and try not to stuff yourself. Try eating slowly and stopping when you are no longer hungry. Shalom!

Great post. I do think alot of us do eat without thinking while we are doing something else. I don't have that problem anymore, but getting myself to eat slowly and to stop when I am no longer hungry, seems almost impossible to me. I'll keep working on it, of course.
