Exclamation Craving!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really need help!!!!!! I am craving sweets and I can tell that I am about to go into a binge. I really don't want to, but I can tell that I am about to give in, so I decided to come here to hold myself accountable. I feel that if I come and tell you all, maybe I will be able to hold off. If anyone is here to read this, I could sure use some support. Thanks ahead of time.

Nina,

You can do this. I am sorry that it took so long to reply, but I just read this post. I know that you can stay strong. Think of all of the things that you like to do more than food & do one of them. Or, it looks like it was getting late ~ go to sleep. That is one place you can definately not eat. Pray over it. Give it to God. Ask Him to take the craving away. Keep posting. We will get through this together. Stay strong. Lots of love coming your way.

Thanks SSP and Hotwing for your help. I did make it through last night without bingeing !!!!!! Can you believe it?! It's hard for me to believe. I just stayed on here talking to everyone and reading other posts until I got too sleepy and then I went to bed without comprimising my recovery. I'm so relieved. It was so hard last night. I usually don't get be without bingeing when I get to craving that much. Thanks to all of you being here and of course, especially to God for leading me to this forum.

Great job Nina, I am sorry that I did not get back to this last night.....I saw you and went to reply, but then the darn phone rang and it was a friend that talks forever......I actually fell asleep with her talking.....

anyway, I want to tell you that I thought you were doing great by coming here and talking and stuff. Hope tonight is a good one for you.
