| the girl can't help it | eating disorders and addiction
Me and my family have many issues about food...My mom has dieted all of her life and obsessed about it,had gastric bypass over it, gotten addicted to meth amp. over it,gained and lost enough weight for about 20 people over it, ect...ect...she used to haul offf and slap the cr@p out of me when I ate because she did not like the way I looked when I ate. I could go into much greater detail over it but, I will spare you all the gory details.... My H has simular family issues with food. I think the basis of our relationship sometimes is to act out our food issues...both of us are guienus when it come to cooking... He seems to require many more feedings per day than I do. I would not mind cooking something for him but, he is so critical that it is unbelievable... His daughter told me that he was unmericful in the way he critisized her mom's cooking he told me that she would always leave the house in the middle of cooking dinner...he did not tell me why and when his daughter told this I totally understood because I had been the subject of his dinner time battering many times by that point... I know he is "acting out" something from his family of origin but, it does not make it any easier to bear...so I am just juicing and eating very lightly eating what I want to...and he is going into histronics, I know whatever he is going thru is affecting him on all levels of his being...I think he does have a touch of anorexia (sp?) or bulimeia....I don't know but, he is getting on my nerves really bad...he is really really grumpy and seems dizzy and nauseaus...I don't know maybe he could be withdrawing from herion for all I know cause he anit got any money I know he has not smoked any crack lately he ususally is grumpy when he hasn't had any crack but, not dizzy and nauseaous...it is all very dramatic.... Oh alright I'll offer him some of my juice...

Splendra, Sounds like withdrawal to me. Do you really think that he is anorexic or bulimic? It sounds like he needs a checkup to make sure that it's not his blood pressure or his heart or diabetes or something else serious.
