Good news!

Hi guys -

I want to share good!!

I have been doing good, no great the last few days. I have not been using food emotionally at all. I stop and think before eating. why, am I hungry, and then I make the choice. And I made a good choice.

this is really big for me and I wanted to share it with all of you. I think it has something to do with my step work....hmmmm what do you guys think.

It is POURING RAIN but I am feeling good and smiling!!!

Fantastic job Pauline! Give yourself a great big (((HUG))) form me. That is so cool that you are recognizing your habits/behavior and able to choose more that just react to things. Very proud of you and I can see that you are very proud of yourself.......and you should be!!

And Yes, I'm sure that it is the step work that helping you through this.
