a positive day! :)

As far as my diet goes today...didnt exactly eat very healthy today, bf and I went to Cici's pizza, and well...i didnt eat alot...but i wasnt really hungry, and ended up eating anyways...even some desert pizza, wich is really a big no-no. But anyways....after that we decided at the last min, to go to this nature trail and ended up walking 1.4 miles! Even though i had to stop and rest every so often, I felt so much better afterwards, alittle tired but felt refreshed. It was pretty neet, we saw like 4 or 5 deer, and an armadillo that crossed right in front of us accross our path, and two huge hawks. My little stepson, really got a kick out of it too. The only thing i didnt like were the huge bananna spiders that were out there, but i was able to get around them safety.

Cool a nature hike. That's great. I love to go on hikes on our trails in the hills where I live. I won't go alone and my friend that I usually go with has been busy, so I haven't been in while, but I do love to go. I have to take rest breaks as well, but it does feel great just being there and having accomplished the whole trail.

I am sure the spiders help burn off some of that pizza *LOL*

Healthy eating is a good thing. Amounts we eat are a good thing as well (proper amounts) Nothing says I can't eat a milkyway bar... If I do though, it should be the small treat size, not the huge kingsized bar I normally would have had. So a small "one"...every so often. If that one becomes 2 or 3, I need keep a watch on it and maybe stop them, as they may be a trigger food. (maybe? I know they are*LOL*) OK for me no more milkyway bars.

Pizza is ok but again for me... I will need limit how much and how often.
