Back to the gym!

Hey there everyone,

No one has been in here lately (including me) tisk tisk....lol

Anyway, just have a momment and thought I would drop in here and say Hi to everyone and to give myself a pat on the back. I went and worked out this morning after not being there for two weeks. Having to help my daughter out in getting her rolling on doctors/housing/and money aide took up all of my morning (time for me "time") so I had postponed my routines, but I'M BACK!!

I just talked with her last night and she is happy in her new home and the program has her very excited about her furture. She's still a bit scared, but feels that she is now doing something about moving forward and learning, so my time off of "me" was well worth it. But it's time to get back to "me"

Well off to shower and get back to work.

Have a great day all, Pony

Hey Pony,

Good to hear from you. I did something awful last night. I ate half a sweet potatoe pie. Pies are one of my weaknesses.

The other night I choked on some peanut butter. It was pretty scary. I couldn't breath, and this peanut butter was stuck in my throat, and my throat was spasming trying to get it down. I was alone here in the house. Finally it went down, and I don't think I'll be eating any peanut butter anytime soon. LOL

Congrats on getting to the gym, and a pat on the back for being such a great mom to your daughters.

hey guys -

glad to see you here - and yeah Pony!!!!!

Juls - at least you didn't eat the whole pie LOL!!!!!

I have been pretty darn good with my eatting, but have not made it to the gym in weeks - on complete over load, but I am not giving up. I have to slow down next week cause the kids will be here, I can go then maybe.

I am off to my puppy training class now - I still need help , just didn't post for a while cause was feeling a little odd about it.

But I will keep coming back, just like a meeting LOL!!!

Let's eat healty - and drink water. I have been mixing a little orange juice with my water, it helps me drink alot more!!!
Love to you both!!!

A bit crazy, thanks for asking. I did manage to get my nails done and that felt pretty good, but it sure was not an all about me thursday (bummer).

But my eatting was borderline, not bad, but not really good. today, as always is a new day. I did buy some new stuff this week to wear for thanksgiving and to a xmas party, and that is always fun, haven't tried it on yet though....

for some reason the last few months in my morning writing I stopped asking God to help me with my eatting/excercising, I started that again today and that felt good.

I hope you all have a wonderful friday.
