| Hey everyone!
Hello everyone, Just thought I would check in and see how everyone was doing. Haven't been posting but I have been trying to get here and check for anything new. Been pretty tied up with my daughter's baby shower coming up and helping my other daughter wade her way through all the paper work and interviews for some relief and medi-cal. Also trying to help her find a maternity home to stay in for a while so she can get herself together to get a job after her baby is born. She just had her ultra sound and they're about 80% sure it's a boy. If so it will be the first boy born to this family generation. My other daughter's both have girls. Well one girl is still on the way, we just know she coming. This last two weeks have been not so good for me as far as I have not made it to the gym but once, and my eating has been very eratic. Not eating right and not excerising..........not a good girl! Well next Monday starts a new. I say Mon. because I have to much to do the next two days to worry about it. I hope all of you are having better luck. Pony |

Pony, It's good to hear from you. I have not been exercising, but I've been doing o.k. as far as my eating is concerned. Hardly touched my daughter's Halloween candy, LOL. Alot of days all I've wanted to eat is fruit and veggies. The bad thing I've been doing lately is that I've been having a craving for soda, so I've been having a half to a whole can a day. It's something about the carbonation. Some days I've substituded Calistoga mineral water, which is also carbonated, and is better for me. I don't know why I go through these phases with soda. I'll have this craving for a couple of weeks, then once it gone soda tastes horrible to me. I'm off to put my daughter to bed. Juls |

Pony - Great to hear from you. Babies, what a gift, and you are wonderful to help your daughters like this, I hope your support is apprecited by both of them. Same ol;' around here, working on it everyday, but I will tell you, not sure if it will make sense, but I have been working on a 'Mission Statement' for myself with Pernell over on the NA board and this is all tying into my eatting and punishing myself with food - this is really good for me. Take care and post when you are not busy with Grandma stuff

Thanks Ladies for your support. I do miss getting on here more to post, but I have been at least checking in on it to make sure any new people get replied to and to see what good stuff you all were up to. Well this is the beginning of a whole new week. I hope to get right back on track with the gym and of course work on the food. That's a constant, the food! The baby shower went off pretty good. My daughter was so happy (and she recieved lots of loot). She got some really cute things for the baby. Well off to start some house cleaning to get ready for the owners of the building I live in to do a walk through tomorrow. Pony |
