Welcome, Im Still Me, we have all kind of support around here. You are welcome to share here, there are many of us overeaters here struggling along with eating and food issues along with other addiction recovery. Also, above in the Power Posts is a link for Overeaters Anonymous (OA) that will help you find live meetings in your area (if you would like that) and also they have online meetings and sponsors and support. Feel free to take a look around in this forum and the others and let me know if I can be of any further help.

StillMe Are you an alcoholic? Are you a drug User? Do u have food addictions? Stay strong on the path of knowledge on this website. I think people get overwhelmed with long-time bad decisions, the situation your in now, took a long time to develop, it will take a long time to un-develop. 20 yrs ago I was a full-blown bulemic, alcoholic and coke user. I took the bulemia, (8 years) by the horns and won the fight. Then I started on the second thing, Alcoholic tendencies started to go away with support from AA meetings. Third, the drugs went away all by themselves because of going to AA, if I did not drink, I did not hang around the people who did drugs. If you have any questions on how I started with my babysteps, things that seemed to work after only a month or two, give me a private email. Would be happy to help. Stay on this website, incredible support! Read all you can. Knowledge is power. |
