| If you HAVE to have a PB cookie...
here is a better alternative receipe - Peanut Butter Oatmeal cookies - 1 applesauce cup (the snack size, no sugar added) 1/2 c packed brown sugar 1 c splenda 1/2 cup butter/margarine 1/4 c lighter bake (found at any grocery store in the baking section, made from fruits 1 c Peanut Butter 2 eggs 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup oats 4 tsps baking soda 1/2 cup flaxseed (you can add them whole, or grind them up) bake @ 350 for 10-15 minute they are really yummy!! yes they still have some sugar and butter in them, but they are way better than real cookies. Even my H eats them. GREAT with a cup of coffee.

They are good. Sometimes I just want a cookie. And my H eats them rather than the sugar free ones you buy in the store that have alot of processed stuff in them. I was not comfortable buying those with all that sugar alcohal and stuff in them. I mean I eat stuff with that but in great moderation.

Paulie, Those cookies do sound delicious & then when you add a cup of coffee. That really sounds enticing !!!! The peanut butter is great for my hypoglycemia problem. Wow, you can't beat this. Only problem is: I'd sit down with these cookies & after the first one, you wouldn't be able to get them away from me before I'd finished the whole batch !!!!! LOL !!!!!
