today....

Well, today has been some day. I spent most of my day out shopping around with my girlfriend.....so I did get some walking around exercise. Not real heart pumping but all the same I could feel it in my legs..lol

I started out pretty good. We went to breakfast and I only ate part of it. I didn't feel that I had to clear the whole plate full. Had a late lunch in the afternoon and did end up eating just little too much of that. It tasted good, so I did overdo it then.... but I was still feeling full and forgot about having dinner! It is now after 10 pm so I think I will only have a piece of fruit before bed to keep my tummy from talking to me..lol...and call it a day.

Thanks for letting me share. It helps keep me accountable of my behaviors.

Pony, it sounds to me like you did really well with making the choices that you needed to. I really am big on believing that any exercise is alot better than none. You got quite a bit today, it sounds like to me. I'm just really proud of you for how you've handled yourself today & you should be too. I hope that you get a good night's sleep. {{{HUGS}}}
