I just wanted to thank everyone for their support to my last thread. I attended the OA region five convention in Milwaukee this weekend and I am all fired up. I want what all of those speakers have....peace, serenity and a healthy body size. I'm making big changes in my program to get those things........Starting with recognizing the voice of HP inside me and doing what I'm told to do by that voice and not arguing about it. Hope you are all at peace.......:skiptrip:

I also am working on listening to that voice inside me.

Good for you Katherine. It's a great new beginning. Keep on learning about that inner voice and the positive things it says. Take it one day at a time and soon you'll feel that peace with yourself.
