Huh?

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...iets_cancer_dc
Okay, so if you eat a high carb diet, are post menopausal don't exercise a lot and take HRT's...you are more at risk for breast cancer.

I want someone to pay me to do research like this.

You know Gabe, all this tells me that people need to just eat a well balanced diet and have a regular exercise routine...walking or something like that.....and have faith that you have done what you can to be healthy and take life one day at a time.

What that study indicates...what all studies indicate, is that anything to excess is going to cause something!!

I'd like to get paid to do these studies also....amybe I'd be rich by now. lol

Amen Pony.
It's an equation.
And I'm not very good with math, but I get this much.
You have to burn off more than you take in.
Pure and simple.
Anything to excess is going to cause something...
