Not much happening!

Well, things are going OK around here. I am getting over being sick so I think I will be able to get back to exercising this week. I always have to stop it when my asthma kicks up. I haven't exercised in two weeks.....wow....not good, but well, things happen.

My food hasn't been too bad. Well, right now money is realy very tight so I am having to eat cheap....that usually means more caserol type dishes instead of totally healthy eating. It cost money for good food. But I have been trying to keep the portions down and haven't really been snacking inbetween as I have no money for snacks..... hhhmmm

Anyway, my pants are fitting looser this week, so who knows....something is going right!

So this week's goal is to get back on the exercise track.

Excercise is hard to get into the habit of doing every night. Been trying to do the same thing you are...five days a week. No sweets or sugar. Gave it up for Lent..anyway.
Its quiet in here.
Glad to hear you are better.

I am glad you are feeling better Pony, I know how how hard it is when your asthma gets in the way of exercising.

Just take it one day at a time.

Thanks and yep, it does put a stop to things whether I want it to or not. I've been pretty good without having to use my meds all year, but then BAM one night it hits me and then three weeks to get over it...lol But I am now back off the meds and breathing good and going to start back on my Lateral Thigh machine over the weekend.

Today was a great day.....I wore a new outfit that I bought two months ago....(had to put in on layaway to pay for it) but I just got to wear it today. When I bought it, it was a bit snug, but today not at all....yayy! That how I know I am doing right! And this is a bloated time for me...hee hee Anyway, it a pink jogging suit w/white stripes...really sporty I was told. Got many compliments today from people at work.....made my day!!! My own little one said that I looked cute...first thing this morning....what a way to start my day, my kid thinks I looked cute...

Anyway, I feel energized to keep working on what is working...lol.

Pony,

I also need to exercise more frequently. I've been exercising 1 or 2 days per week for about 45 minutes each. It's not enough. I have the time, but I usually choose to spend it another way.

I'll try this week as well. The snow just puts me in a no exercise funk. But, I am stronger than the snow! Today I'll make a better choice.
