AHHHHHHHH i want to eat through the roof right now and im going to sit here and type so i don't..i started to go for the sweets then stoped so i need to remain sober-- just for today AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Kristen, Hello I understand what you are going through right now. I want to eat everything to. I am holding out but it i s hard. Hang in there. And keep your head up things will get better you will see.

Good job......I have come here myself many times and just typed away just to keep from heading for the food. Yep, and this time of year can be so rough because of all the tempting food around and the feeling of holiday.
