| update on my problem
im doing alright i think. i am exercising daily and instead of not eating, i am replacing things with veggies and/or fruits. i am also taking special time just for me. that really relieves stress which is a big trigger for me to continue romancing my unhealthy ways. i am a little afraid of that hungry feeling though. i equate that with starving myself, then i have to realize that its natural to be a little hungry when your dieting. and i waiver back and forth on "do i do this because im stressed" or "do i do this to lose weight"? im still taking vitamins and working on getting me healthy. i am rocking!

That's great Dot, it really sounds like you are doing OK. It might not seem like it, but you are working on it. I know it seems like a constant thing, and it is for a while, but sooner or later it just becomes a part of life. Just remember to keep a balanced diet and eat even a little something if you feel hungry....even if it's fruit or a veggie...it's OK and it won't hurt you but will help your tummy!!! You're doing fine!!
