lunch today....

real chicken chopped up with plain yogurt (instead of mayo) with water chestnuts, and yellow raisins on whole wheat. YUM YUM YUM!!!!!

I need some new low-carb lunch ideas. I have to take my lunch to work (there isn't a restaurant for miles), and I am getting tired of the same old same old so you have now inspired me to get looking

Sorry, Yuck. LOL Give me the mayo. I love mayonnaise. I can eat mayo, lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches. I don't need the meat.

LOL - Juls I have missed you so much.

I know I love mayo to (the light Best foods is actually good) but you would be surprised the yogurt was yummy!!!

Today, I have Albacore tuna with tomatoe and avacado (Very small mayo to mix with) and a little red onion (not my choice my H's) on a tostada shell that is only 150 cals and 3.5 grams of fat. It is yummy too.

I have really been struggling during the day lately. I work from home and keeping control of my eating has been hard so I have tried to think of good lunches. The whole food thing is a struggle, some days are easier than others.

I'm a big fan of wraps. Lettuce, little bit of light ranch, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers. Yummm!
