How many calories can you burn off ........

Washing and waxing 40 ft. buses?

Well my week is going pretty good so far. I am getting each meal in (when I usually skip at least one of them in a day) Not too much snacking.....but I did buy some friut and some other healthy stuff in which to choose from when I do want something. I have been getting dinner at a decent time in the evening.

I am getting my water in......lots and lots and lots of water!!!!!

I miss my water smilely's....

My activity level has been very good everyday due to the washing and waxing for the buses that I am doing. But I have not gotten any of the cardio in at the gym. I have just been toooooo tired at the end of my work day to get there. I litterally been coming home...checking messages....and then laying down for a short nap. Working on these buses is not that easy of a job....well, it's easy, but takes lots of engery. I put in a good 6 hrs. .... broken up with rest breaks, but still....all day long.

Anyway, that's been my past couple of days. Hope you all having a good week.

Wow, Pony, that's a lot of work!!! Who needs a gym after a day like that.

It sounds like you're looking after yourself well. Eating all meals and planning healthy snacks is a good plan. With all that work you need the energy!!

Hope you get some vacation in before school starts again.

Hugs
Ann

Thanks Ann.....I may take a day or two to go do something with my little one before school starts....just the two of us. But for the most part I need to stay working for the money. I don't get any paid vacation days in the summer time, only in the regular school year.

Yeah I really still do need that gym because well, I don'e feel that I am burning off the extra calories.....I mean I use some doing that work, but it's not enough. I am going to try to work in going for at least 30 mins. before I go pick up my daughter from daycare. We'll see, but I am going to my pilates class every week.

Anyway, I am trying.
