I think i am back to the old me.

I think I am back to the old shana today. I have been going back to the eating junk food but since I have been writing down what I have been eating I realize that it is not that much and i am not eating full meals. I am starting to eat junk all the time and not eating good meals. That is where I was before. It scares me that I maybe starving myself and really not seeing it. It that possible. here is what I eat today:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast

Lunch nothing

Dinner a chicken salda and milk shake

junk inbetween was cookie dough becaus ei was making cookies than when done I had more cookies, chips, and more chips.

I think that that is not enough for my body to function. Do you think i Am starving myself in a way? I am noticing things I did before and it scares me a lot.
Help Please
Shana :cries2:

Shana-

You will be ok. It is one day at the time and sometimes it is just one minute at the time. Your HP is with you and I know that you can turn to your HP anytime. Did you find a HP that loves and cares about you? Did I hear a Yes?

Easy does it Shana you are not alone. I sure do care and I know everyone here cares too. Let us not be worried about what has already been done. Get you some apples they are sweet and you have to chew them which is really good for you digestive track. Find yourself a good multi-vitamin. You are not going to starve cause you are smarter than to do that to yourself. We need you Shana hang on...
