... that said to get the frozen juice popsicles. I just looked it up and that's not what she said at all. She said to get the sugar free popsicles. Nonetheless... I got the frozen juice popsicles on her imagined recommendation. Outstanding! Only 50 calories so even if I lose my mind and eat the whole box (who me?) I only have to skip one meal. And even though she didn't really say to get them I have nicknamed them for her.

"Here Dino, have a JT."

"Huh?"

"Uh... juice thingy."

So anyway, JT... the recommendation you didn't make was so great I'm going to try the one you did make next time I go to the grocery.

lol ... ive been doing the sugar free popsicles and anything else thats sugar free ... heeheehee ... and my blood sugar is soooo rocking on! even sugar free yogurt. its a brand called "krogan's" and its really good! just 100 cal and tastes the same as other yogurts. they even have ... strawberry banana - my favorite!

The Carb Smart ice cream is really good. It really tastes like ice cream LOL. 3-5 carbs and 170 calories.
