| Finally
over the plateau that I have been complaining about for the last few weeks. I lost another 3 lbs and 3 inches, finally. I was so stuck. It felt really good this morning to weigh myself, now I will wait another week before doing it again so I don't get discouraged. I did start something new yesterday. I am drinking this Enzyme drink for breakfast and lunch, snacking on fruits and veggies during the day and then having a good dinner. I have a little goal by the end of June and this is going to help me do it. thanks for letting me share. 3 lbs is 3 lbs WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!

3 pounds is a small roast, or 3 pounds of butter. It is a lot of potatoes and carrots. And 3 inches is terrific!!! Yeahhhhh Paulie!!!!!!! :lumpy
