OK, so I am back to one day at a time. I hope that you all can bare with me. My dad getting sick really through me off all last week. Spent all the time at the hosp. and no time on working my program. I know I needed to be there and that's OK, but I should have still taken time for me and still did something towards my goal.

Well, wait, I will give myself credit for getting to my pillates class. But I never did any cardio all week until the weekend with my little one. In fact, I out lasted her in the workout.....it was Mousersize put out by Disney.

But my food was way off. I kept nibbling on stuff, probably out of nerves, but some stuff wasn't "good for me" stuff.

So, well, tomorrow in another day. I will take it a step at a time and make it through the morning eating right and having a positive attitude.

Pony... give yourself a break Lady! You're back on track and it was a tough week.

Where can I get a mousersize tape?

I bought that tape at a yard sale a few years ago.........planned even then to get her into the excerise routine. lol
