Juls I go from being okay, to eating my way through the whole day. I have found that diet pop and sugarless gum "almost" satisfy my sweet craving. Red licorice helps me a lot too for some reason. But once in a while I feel like a big gooey cake...ALL OF IT!! So far I have resisted ![]() My coffee tastes better and helps me too. I use milk and no sugar, except for my first one each day, and I use half and half cream for that. Celery, carrots, zuccini strips are all good for mindless munching, and spreading my meals way out has helped a lot. Well, that's what is working for me so far....maybe I should write a book LOL. Tomorrow? Don't ask. I never know which way I will be tomorrow. Hugs Ann
