Glad to hear I'm not the only one in pain.......Mine too. I hadn't been really working on that part the last few weeks....and started back on the first....two days ago I really worked them and Yeow!! but I will continue!!

Me too, in a way....I mean not crazy that it hurts, but like you said it really gives a feeling that you've done a good workout and it's gonig to lead somewhere! I am having trouble with some target points....such as my upper abs area.......you know around the rib cage. Those love handles and area right below the chest! Just don't seem to be getting anywhere with that. frustrating! Well, thanks for sharing all this with me and letting me vent...lol
