Ugh,

We had an open house where I work this evening, and I ate a bunch of those little Nancy's mini quiches. Now my stomach feel awful. They are so tasty when I eat them. I haven't overindulged on a food in forever, and now I remember why. LOL

LOL....isn't it great when our bodies give us those little reminders. LOL

Hope you feel better by morning....it's a brand new day!

I can relate I went to bed last night to with a bowl of ice cream and I woke up this morning beside myself. I was trying to escape though from some emotional turmoil I was feeling...but I woke up feeling worse. I feel unfunctionable like I have an alcohol hangover. Wahhh

Still searching 4 inner peace

Well, food is like a drug. I feel better today, and am back on track.
