The weekend - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Wow what a weekend. I have had lots of excerise this weekend. Had a very busy two days out ..... shopping with my mom yesterday (all day!!!) and then today the pumpkin festival. Walk around and around. WHew! My legs are feeling it a bit tonight. I will have to go relax them pretty soon, but before I did I wanted to check in here and see what's up and let you all know how my weekend was.

How was everyone else's?

Starting my new week with some new goals! let you in on them tomorow. Keep you all in suspense! hee hee

Well,

I've been having a little attack of the munchies here. Having some stress, so you know how that goes. I went through a bag of chips, and a container of sourcream in about four days. That is alot of snacking for me.

I went shopping tonight, and didn't buy snacky foods. If it's not here I won't eat it.

OH yeah Juls ..... that's good....that would be me. If it's here I will eat it. Just about a week ago I was doing the same thing. I off'd a thing of cookies. I think I was feeling a bit anxious about my other half coming back home after being gone for two weeks....so I was munching lots.

LOL isn't that the truth!!!!! For me it's on late at night again when everyone else isn't ....like now........I'm all alone

Guess I'll go back to bed...I'm all caught up on reading and have to think of a couple things before I reply to another post. Want an awake mind for that!
