Today was truely my day of rest. I got up this morning, had my cup of coffee and sat back in my rocking chair and woke up a bit. Then I worked out a bit, felt I needed to do that this morning because I have been doing some emotional eating for the last two days and not exercising. Well I haven't been a couch potatoe either, just not doing that extra workout cardio...get it moving kind of stuff! Then the rest of the day was really quiet......until my older daughter and family came over to hang out and BBQ. We had a nice visit and funwatching my little granddaughter walk around and stuff. She is saying "HI" now and claps her hands when she's excited.

My other half is home from being in AZ for two weeks and our little one is very happy to have him home. She sure missed her daddy.

I also did much better with food today thou. And tomorrow is another new day to venture into.
