| Day 1
Friends - This is day one of me living with a different attitude towards food. 7 months ago I quit amphetamines. Today I have to quit the binge eating. It has a pretty negative affect on my life. Please give me your support. |

Congrats on quitting thew meth and good luck on quitting the bad eating habits. If they include sweets you may want to join us at the 100 gay goal-Abstinence from obvious sweets below. Great for encouragement as we all move towards better eating habits and OS free living. In any case Good luck with your diet goals.

Friends! Thank you for the support. It's day 3. I'm feeling like I have more energy. Is that common? I'm realizing I am addicted to certain foods. I'm eating lots of veggies...maybe binging a bit on them so I feel full. Is that ok? |

Jackc, I'm happy to hear that you're hanging in there and doing well. Just keep on taking it one day at a time. Having more energy is very common for me when I am OS free. I would think that eating veggies would be very good in several ways. Keep up the great recovery.

Wishing you all the best Jackc. I struggle with binge eating also, emotional over-eating for me and physical addiction to sweets. The important thing is to never give up, keep picking ourselves up again, never give up. Wishing you well.... |
