I ate soooo much today. I could not stop ... even when I was full

whats wrong with me! I should be able to control myself ugh

I am a Compulsive Overeater and all around Food Addict. I do understand from personal experience, all about eating too much and seeming to have no self control, so it seems that you are in the right place here. Others that are dealing with eating disorders will be around to share with you soon.
