| Unconscious wishes?
It might be that I've reached a weight/body shape that turns off my H. I didn't think that was possible, but maybe it is. The fact that I am saying this makes me wonder; is this what I've been unconsciously trying to do? I don't know, but it's a thought to explore. |

Hi Neagrm. Welcome back. It seems like it's been a while since you were here. I'm pretty forgetful though. lol Do you really think that you subconsciously want to sabotage your H's attraction to you? If you aren't sure why, that might also be something that you need to explore. I hope that you keep coming back here and keep talking. We are as sick as our secrets, remember?!

neagrm, Please remember that stress releases cortosol, a stress hormone. That hormone increases the amount of belly fat we carry. It also ncreases our probability of getting heart disease and diabetes. I know because I have the same issues. And I'm bringing this up because of your share on my thread in the other forum. So, it's important to understand that our physiological responses to stress add to our weight issues. It's not an excuse, but, is means we shouldn't be beating ourselves up as we work at ways to keep ourselves healthy. Cuz, we deserve to be healthy. ![]() Shalom!
