|  Found my way back again. Hello All. I'm sorry that I haven't been around in quite a while. I don't want to start trying to make excuses so I'll just say that I'll do much better at coming around more often. It'll take me a while to catch up on reading the threads to see how everyone's been doing. I hope that all is well with each of you.

| Nina-I am so happy to see you posting! You sure are missed when you're gone. I have been so wrapped up in life's "stuff" and haven't been around as much either. Hope all is well, and look fordward to seeing more of you!

A few things have come about lately. I've learned that I am pre-diabetic and I'm showing signs of a thyroid problem. I have a severely irregular heartbeat and my blood pressure is out of control again. The good news is that I haven't developed heart disease yet. For that, I am so extremely grateful. I really need to get a grip now and take care of myself before things are too severe to turn around. I do need your help.
