Yoga

I took my first yoga class this morning. I really enjoyed it except for the poses on 1 foot - not real good at balance yet LOL!

but I must say, it was really relaxing and a great way to start my day.

Anyone else ever taken yoga? just wondering if anyone really got anythign out of it.

Pauline,

I really enjoy yoga and have taken it different times in my life. The last time I took it was when I was early in my pregnancy. I had to stop though because I went into pre-term labor. The other day I met a yoga instructor who said that yoga could bring on pre-term labor. Uh-oh.

I've met a woman (one of my clients) who has a yoga studio close to where I work. We are going to exchange services. I will wax her legs, no charge, and she will let me come for yoga, no charge. Cool huh?
