so if you have a small frame @ 5' 10" you should weight 132-145 lbs. I don't know where you got the idea that 102 is the right weight for you but they obviously don't know what they are talking about. Bodies that are well nourished and taken care of look much prettier than bodies that are starving. 102lbs is too thin for me and I am 5'2". Tall people look so good in their clothes and can carry more weight and still look great. Short people can can gain 5 lbs and look over weight but this is not true of tall people.
