Cookies,

Lately I have been having an intense craving for cookies, cookies, cookies. And I only eat them in the middle of the night. I also go without eating much during the day so I can indulge my cookie habit.

Oh no Pauline, I can't eat things with aritificial ingrediants. I have to have cookies made with real butter, sugar, and white flour otherwise what's it all for.

LOL Juls that's tooooooo funny!!

But you know they do make some that taste just the same and will do less damage. I know if you're going to go all out best be done with it and move on lol

I myself in the last two months have polished off two bags of M&M's so I understand.

Well, I didn't give myself the water glass smilely, but I can only guess that it was given to me because I've been on a crusade on drinking enough water each day. That kind a got started last year as a program we were working on here in ED to get healthier.

cookies

I'm craving sweets all the time now in over 3 month sobriety.
I have to fight the urge to stay away from as I don't want
to develop a new habit.

Has any one been able to log onto chat room?:hamburger
