I'm back but this time I need help

you know when I first came to this site nearly 2 years ago I did so as the son of an addict never thinking I'd EVER become one myself 2 years later and I have, but my addiction is not to a "drug" I have become Addicted to food yo yhe point where I CANNOT say "no" to anything Pizza, BLT's steak, ribs Basically anything.

simply put my eating is getting out of control right now it isn't so bad if I had to guess my weight I'd 175-185 (likely closer to 180)

now you might say "thats not bad whats your problem"

my problem is if I don't cut down now before I know it I'll be 300+ pounds and I don't want that of course the fact that I HATE must of the stuff that is good for me and LOVE the not so good stuff does not make this easier.

how do you guys do it? how do you control your eating I wanna mine under control ASAP before it spins REALLY out of control.

help.

King, how do we do it....well, ... hhmmm basically it's a struggle.... a daily struggle. The word control.... how do you control eating...???... well, it's not all about control. If 'we' had control 'we' wouldn't be addicts, right? It's about choice and change. You make choices and lifestyle changes in your daily routine.... your life.

Following a basic healthy food plan with regular exercise, it should help keep you at a healthy weight. Making choices to stay away from , what we call "trigger foods", replacing them with healthier choices... little by little it just becomes a way of life. do it long enough... like from now on, and you don't even miss the bad stuff... just becomes unimportant.
