How is everyone? I've been back on the mental health forum for a few days now, but I know there are people over here that don't check that one so much, so I thought I'd say hi, and ask a quick question while I'm here. So, those of you who are true food addicts know what I mean when I say that I'm sitting here wanting to eat. I have a plate of snacks in front of me... and for the first time in years, I don't feel like I can do it! Is that cool or what??? But here's what I'm not sure of: I just started taking Wellbutrin last night. Is it possible that the Wellbutrin is helping this along already? Or is it all in my head??? I want so bad to get back into a good eating plan, but I'm having a terrible time letting go of all the foods that I know I should not eat. Anyways, it's good to be back ![]()

Lol... Historyteach, I know I must look like a nut. I posted this about the same time I posted the message in mental health that was similar. BTW, my appetite is still not what it used to be

I just wouldn't make a regular habit of sitting in front of a plate of snacks to keep testing this theory. There is an old saying "if you hang around a barber shop long enough you're going to end up with a haircut"
