Is anyone here doing the 'Dr. OZ' Challenge?

On Oprah last week -
Dr. Oz issued this challenge thing -
I was wondering if anyone is doing it?

It's for anyone doing any kind of weght loss diet ...
that's within their allowances and ok with their doc of course -

he said once per day - 30 mins before your major meal of the day ...

spread 1 tsp. of EVOO
(Extra virgin olive oil)
on one slice of WHOLE GRAIN bread.

I wondered - is anyone doing this?

I've gotten some fairly ... amazing results - and it's only been a WEEEK.

Well ...

You're supposed to put 1 tsp. of Extra virgin olive oil on a
whole grain bread ...
thirty mins before your 'big' meal of the day.

That's it.
He said - do that for two weeks - and see what happens.
Well -
it's been ONE week ... almost ...
and first thing -
you're not hungry when your meal is ready.
So I'm eating WAY less.

Second -
um... has to do with ... um...
'regularity'.
major improvement.

Third -
I just got off the scales here at work -
um...
I haven't lost any weight ... yet...
but my clothing is looser.
I'm not 'on' any kind of 'program' or anything like that...

I've only been concerned with portion control over the last month.
And eating ONE meal a day that was ..'real' food.
That's it.

No extra exercise, nothing yet.
I am completely off medications and don't want to stimulate or trigger some kind of ED episode. LIke what happened on the 'mood stabilizers'.
So I'M JUST TAKING IT EASY.
Well ... as 'easy' as someone with an EO can take it.

BUt walking into work the last two nights ...
my pants have been slipping.
They're definitely looser.

all I could find on it was something on a blog ...

says the oil is the 'good' fat to help digestion, the bread is the 'good' fiber ... eating it 30 min. ahead of a meal is to curb appetite...food takes longer to digest so you're not hungry again as soon as before.

I've been like three weeks now - and it DOES work.

I googled 'dr. oz, two week olive oil bread challenge.'what a mouthful LOL!

There were some comments from diabetics about the carbs ... but the most I found on it was on that SparkPeople site.
