a big deal, that Im like getting ghetto fever that Im losing a lot of weight. I didnt know how much Id like it when I lost weight when I did meth. when i quit i gained and I flipped a unicorn in a penny over it. Started throwing up, till Mom found out. So I stopped doing that. !@#$%^^ She lets me have NO FUN. So I've been doing good having fun, but I've been skiing more cuz there's been snow, and I just lost wieght, it just happend, like when you have a baby you gain wiegh normal. but I lost weight normal. So am I just normal happy about losing weight or am I into a new pahze. If I am, my mom's going to give me V-8 slap upside my head. *&^%# so I'm trying to be like k cool real mature, but I dont do normal well. I'm more like the walrus. HELP? What do you thinK?

It's important you are having three nutritionally balanced meals a day with snacks if needed. It's possible you can lose weight from exercise but if you're losing a lot, then you should have a chat to your doctor just to make sure there's not something else going on.

I think it's quite natural that, when you are exercising more, you are bound to loose more than when you're sitting around like a couch potato. ![]() That's my biggest problem right now... ![]() Good luck, and keep up the good work! Shalom!
