Well after a really emotional couple of weeks i seem to have come out the other side and again learnt that fear is the root of all my problems. I need to remember that in 9 out of 10 cases when my life becomes crazy fear is lurking inside there somewhere.

Anyhow i just wanted to say that without the guidance and love of a very dear sponsor i would not be where i am today. I have had a few sponsors along the path of recovery and i am so greatful for their patience and tolerance, they have gently guided me into a new way of living, one that was alien to me years ago when i lived in the obsession of food.

These dear people are angels sent from God to show me that i am worth saving and there are people willing to love me as i am even when i struggle doing for myself.

Biscuits, that's a good feeling to come through to the other side of it. Sounds like you learned something important about your fear and gained helpful insight.

It's great you're reaching out and getting support and guidance from those around you, your sponsor/s in particular. Whatever it is, you've done significant work. Please write more about it if you'd like. I'm listening and thank you for your honest sharing.
