Not sure if any of you read blogs but I've started one in the blog section. I'm feeling a bit unsettled today so any hugs or words of wisdom would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Gambaru.
I don't really have any words of wisdom for you. I'm sorry. But I am here giving you some ((((((((((((((((Supportive Tight Squeeze Hugs)))))))))))))))))))

One thing that I did want to add is that I hope you will be kind to yourself and give your body and mind plenty of time to readjust and settle down. Try to remember that the things we put in our bodies sometimes throw off all of our chemical & hormonal balances. It's takes a while for them to rebalance. Just hold on for the ride and remember that road will smooth out soon.

I didn't realize there's someplace to blog here. I will look for it and see what it's about as I'm new to "blogging." I can imagine it could be helpful for exploring thoughts and feelings. I also imagine it'd feel vulnerable and don't know if I could do it for fear of revealing identifying details when I'm more secure being "anonymous." So kudos to you for writing. I have a lot to learn and I find it so helpful to read what others write.

Awwww thanks Dave <pretend there's a blushing smiley face here> Couldn't be a$$ed to find it on the big pop up! When I was in OA, I was blessed with a lot of fabulous people around me and though I don't talk program now because I don't walk it, I like to believe many of the concepts have fortunately stayed with me.
