Powerlessness.....That was me before I got into the program of AA. I remember one day putting my shoes on and taking them off and putting them on again until I gave in to my powerlessness and went to the store to get a six pack of beer. I drank 3 and that evening was on my way to the psych-unit. The insanity of it all still comes back to haunt me once in a while.

I am working on applying my knowing that I am powerless to my food addiction. I am an addict, food it my constanct addiction. I have good times and bad times. Right now....I am having a bad time!
