do bulimics develop the symptoms of "getting sick" the same same way pill poppers develop the symptoms for their pills? or do bulimics consciously make themselves throw up without feeling sick after eating?

Welcome to this forum. I don't have answer for your question as I have never had issues with bulimia, but I do know that there others here that could answer it. I am sure one of them will be along to share in their experiences.

I'm a compulsive overeater and a food addict, so I really don't feel that I have the answers that you are looking for, but I know that someone will be around soon that will share what they know with you.
