I did it! I exercised today... did 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 5 on a treadmill to cool down. I was watching TV the whole time, and sheesh, after the first 8 minutes or so, it went by so quickly! I'm so proud of myself

Now to take a much deserved shower... and continue the rest of my first day as a recovering food addict!

That is so wonderful Lady..... I am so proud of you. What better is that you sound proud of yourself. And you have every right to. It feels good doing something healthy.

The TV is a great distraction while exercising..... that's the way it feels at the gym. I watch the TV, whatever happens to be on, and the time seems to go by easier.

for Ladymalthea!!!
That is fantabulistic!!!! LOL!

Lady, it takes @ 6 weeks to form a habbit. Make yourself continue doing this for 6 weeks, and I promise you, you'll begin planning your day AROUND your exercise routine!!! LOL! It'll be a complete turn-around, as you'll not want to miss the opportunity to get on the treadmill or the bike or whatever you get into during those weeks!

Keep up the good work, and you'll reap the rewards before you know it.
I'm so proud of you... :>)
And like Pony said, I'm thrilled to death that you are so proud of yourself...

L'Chaim!
