| Sorry I have not been around....
I have been absent for a few days and have alot to catch up on around here. I have been having alot of trouble with my asthma and haven't really been able to focus on much else. I guess the lack of breathing would tend to occupy my thoughts. Anyway, I finally went to the Dr. and had a breathing treatment and got put on steroids for the next 5 days. Because of this I have not been to the gym to work out or do anything that might be to strenous (sp?) . It's been hard enough just to get up and get to work every day. Hopefully by Mon. I will be back to working out. Looks like things around here have been going along just fine thou.

Pony, I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having so much trouble with your asthma. It's good to know that you did go to the Dr. for help. Asthma can be really serious. Enough to kill you if it's a bad enough attack and not taken care of. I do know that you already know all of this, but I wanted to reinforce that knowledge so that you will remember to continue to take care of yourself. It's more important that you get completely over these bad breatheing spells, than it is for you to get to the gym. I really hope that you don't have to be on those steroids long, though. My niece is having so much trouble from having to be on steroids for way too long. When it comes to steroids, too much is way too much. My Daddy had emphysema really bad and they would put him on steroids for a while and it would seriously help his breathing for a long while. I hope that you're already getting better by now. I'm sending you some (((((((((Soft Comforting Hugs)))))))))))))))

Yes, I am feeling better as long as I take the med's. AS soon as it is time, I sure feel it. The breathing treatment helped alot. the Dr. has tole me that I should have come in sooner and that it was good that I didn't wait any longer. I know I need to make sure I am through the worst of it before going back to the gym, but I just don't want to wait too long. Then it is hard to get back. I am finally seeing some success with this routine I have going and I don't want to back slide. Hugs and thanks for caring
