Yep, here I am, but I have to run off to finish my afternoon at work. I will try to get on later tonight and write more about my vac. and do some catching up.

Thanks for the welcome back. I feel more into life today. I mean that I am not so tired that I just want to stay in bed...lol...

I had a very nice vacation. I did absolutely nothing...lol.... it was great seeing my friends and their little ones. The baby is darn cute and looks and acts so much ,ike his father. Had his smile and charm. He is going to have lots of girlfriends when he grows up. I like to tease my friend about that..... all the girlfriends she'll have to contend with...lol

anyway, I did pretty good with food. I didn't eat too much that was wrong. Mostly it was the night time snacking thing. I did do heatlhy but also a couple of times there was some unhealthy choices also. I did fall off the OS abtinence....but got right back up on it today.

As far as exercise, I did alot of swimming while I was there so I did kind of make up for not being able to get to the gym. I went and workout yesterday afternoon and plan on it today also.

I am back at work now, which means that I will only be checking in here late at night. I am looking forward to catching up with everyone here on what's been happening.
