Hey

Yesterday was the best day for me. I was able to motivate myself enough to go work out and i rode the bike for 7 miles. i have not done that in a very long time. I am feeling great about that right now. Food wise I still need to watch the sugar in take but I am remembering progress not prefection

Hey Shana, glad you check in. Super that things are going pretty good.... that yesterday was a good day for you. I, too, have been motivating myself back to the gym. It's been two weeks now and doing pretty good. I can only make it 1 sometimes 2 miles on the bikes. But I work up a good sweat.

Yeah, I didn't either but I needed a day off. I wasn't feeling very good a couple of days ago while I was at the gym and had to leave. I'm going to try to get there tonight and definately tomorrow. Fri. nights is family movie night....kids can go watch a movie and have free popcorn.
