| checking in.....
Well, I have been to the gym 5 times this week. Did 1 hr and 1/2 workouts all those days. Pretty good. My food has been ok also. I have been maintaining good portions and food choices. I have forgot, however, to log it all down. I need to remember to do that. I did make the switch to diet pepsi...and have ended up cutting down the soda intake all together. How is everyone else doing?

I went to Curves 4 times this week at 45 min/each and no OS since March 17. I work out "alcoholicly" because that works best for me (more! more! more!)... I do double machines, single recovery boards and double the times around the circle. This keeps my heart rate up - very much in the 80-90 percent... and bugs the hell outta their trainers. But... I used to teach aerobics, that is where I am used to being, and I may not LOOK fit (never have, even when teaching), I am more fit than some. Besides.... I do love those endorphins!!
